Refund policy

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with tags still on, in the original state that you received them and made within 30 days from when you've received your item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged garments.

Please note return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs are not refunded with returns. We recommend sending via a trackable method as no responsibility is taken for undelivered returns. 

The packing slip must be returned with the items.

Embroidered items are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

REQUEST EXCHANGE OR RETURN

1. To request a return/exchange (excluding sale & embroidery items), simply follow this link https://360.postco.co/sustainable-scrubs

2. Please have your order number ready.

3. If you are returning more than one of the same item, please ensure you select each items individually.

4. Upon completion, you will be sent a confirmation email, with a summary of the items selected to be exchanged/returned. Please check that all items have been included.

5. Our team will review and approve or reject your request. Once approved, changes cannot be made to your request - you will receive an email with details in regards to where to send your item. If you have selected to drop your items off at Australia Post, there will be a payment option in your confirmation email for your to complete. Once completed, please print and attach your label to your item. 

Faulty items
Sustainable Scrubs takes the utmost care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality, however, if you find a fault with one of our products, we will review the issue as soon as possible and if found faulty, we will replace it for you.

Change of mind/incorrect size
Sustainable Scrubs is happy to accept change-of-mind returns for our full-priced items. Change of mind returns will not be offered for items purchased on sale or during a promotion (excluding the sign-up promotion). 

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the below timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Excluded change of mind items 

Items purchased as/labelled FINAL SALE or discounted at 40% or more will not be eligible for refunds/exchange for change of mind - please choose carefully.

Promotional and discount codes

Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only. The discount does not apply to personalisation, gift cards, sale items or items which are already discounted.

Promotional and discount codes are not to be used in conjunction with other promotional and discount codes. 

The following timeframes apply for returns:

  • Australia/New Zealand 30 days from the date of order.
  • International: 45 days from order placement.

Consumer guarantees
Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose, or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or any drop in the value of the product (if you choose to keep it).

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we could choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

Merchandise marked as seconds or sample products must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose, or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees.

Online cancellations and order amendments
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts
  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement. You can place a Submit Return request once the order has been placed if any of the order details were incorrect.
